Platform purpose
Pamoja Chama provides software for group administration, records, accounting support, approvals, reminders and integration preparation. It is not represented as a bank, deposit-taking institution or independent guarantee of any chama member's obligations.
Subscriber responsibilities
Each chama is responsible for lawful membership decisions, accurate source information, authorised use, internal rules and verification of records. Users must protect their credentials and promptly report suspected misuse.
Financial services
Bank custody, M-PESA services, USSD billing and automatic payout submission are unavailable until expressly activated through approved providers. Future provider charges and platform fees must be disclosed before transaction confirmation.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, submit false identity information, manipulate group records, upload malicious content or use the platform for unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
Maintenance, security updates and provider interruptions may affect availability. Material commercial and service changes should be communicated to subscribers through appropriate channels.
